I’m Georgina (George or G to many) - a transformational life coach dedicated to supporting people to step into the fullest version of themselves, so they can live, work, lead, create, and love to their fullest capacity. I believe that by doing so, we not only thrive and excel, but also experience what we’re really seeking - joy, purpose, fulfilment, wholeness and alignment.
I help clients gain clarity and direction, reconnect with their true self and inner wisdom, and grow into fuller, more authentic versions of themselves. This supports them to find greater contentment and satisfaction as they move towards (and ultimately achieve!) their goals and dreams. Whether you’re considering a new direction in your career, moving through a period of change or transition in your personal life, or seeking greater balance and wellbeing, I’m here to navigate the journey with you.
We’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck, release everything that no longer serves you, and create change that’s truly aligned with you. My approach is holistic, considering all aspects of you and your life to support both your growth and your wellbeing, and help you create lasting and sustainable change.
I’ve experienced misalignment, navigated health and wellbeing challenges, and eventually rediscovered my sense of self and purpose. The journey to alignment never really ends – we’re always growing, evolving, and discovering new parts of ourselves – but I know firsthand that transformation is absolutely possible!

Transformational coaching is a deep, holistic process that supports lasting change – not just in what you do, but ultimately in who you are and how you show up across different areas of your life.
It offers a space for you to really connect with yourself and gain greater self-awareness, understanding, and clarity. We explore who you are at your core - your values, inner wisdom, emotions, strengths, desires and what feels truly aligned – and what’s been stopping you from fully embodying that version of yourself. So that you can move into greater alignment and bring more of who you really are into your life and work – and experience the ripple effects that inevitably follow.
In practice, this could look like greater confidence and ease in your work, showing up more fully and authentically in leadership and relationships, greater balance and wellbeing as you prioritise what truly matters to you, and making aligned changes – whether in your career, lifestyle, relationships, wellbeing, or other areas of your life.
Mindset coaching is an important part of this process. Whilst transformational coaching focuses on deeper, whole-person change, mindset coaching works primarily at the level of the mind, focusing on the beliefs, fears, stories, and assumptions which shape how we think, feel, and act. It supports you to let go of those which might be keeping you stuck and move forward in an intentional and empowering way. Confidence, imposter syndrome, navigating transitions, health and wellbeing challenges, creative growth, or simply getting out of your own way, are just some of the things it can support. Some people come to me just for this type of coaching, rather than the full transformational process. Either is welcome – it’s my job to meet you where you are and guide you through a personalised process!

Most people come to coaching when they’ve tried to move forward or make changes on their own but keep finding themselves stuck in the same patterns or place, or because they feel so lost or stuck that they don’t even know where to begin. Either is welcome - all you need is a desire for change!
That said, it’s not always the right time for everyone. That’s why I offer a free discovery call - essentially a taster session where you can meet me, ask any questions, and get a feel for whether coaching is the right fit for you right now. There’s no pressure and no commitment.
